I am very satisfied. They have been around a long time, so they have a wide experience with repairs. I have referred other people to them, because you don't get answers from the dealership, and this guy says, here is what is the problem. If there is anything that I need and they don't have it, they order it, and they  do it the same day. Their price is cheaper than the others, but he is not cheap. You pay for their knowledge and experience he is not somebody just wanting to get the work done. You ask questions, and they answer, and get it right the first time. They tell me about the lesser quality stuff, and their experience with it, and I always go with the better quality stuff.

David had it ready in 2 days, however the parts were bad and the car started making weird sounds when it wasn't in gear. I brought it back and David put in another clutch of a different brand. The clutch works fine now. David didn't charge any extra.

I've used them now twice and they're very professional. If you ask them they will try work out a deal for a better price. They're very knowledgeable, that's number one. I used to work in gas stations, my dad made me do that when he bought me a car because if you're going to own a car you have to know how to fix it so I know they know what they're talking about. The work was done on time, they call to let me know what the progress is, they cleaned the car out after they got through, they don't do a wash job they just clean, and they show you the parts afterwards. They're professionals, but they'll work with you. I didn't want to spend this money, over $3000 on my daughter's car, and they worked a deal with me and saved some money for me.

They worked on the car for three or four hours and found no issues and there was no charge.

I have found that they are pretty accurate. Jerry's the owner and he takes the time to explain any issues involved with the car. He explores using used parts as a way to reduce the cost of a repair. I worked for a company that used him for a number of years, and they recommended him to me.

They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They make sure to answer all of our questions and give us a sense of security in their company. They do a great job and we are impressed with the quality of the work as well.
