GBH feels like a small mom-and-pop operation. I really like the owner and the people he sends out to do the work, but occasionally the ball gets dropped as far as returning calls timely, setting up appointments, etc. Still, they get the job done, often in record time when I get the owner on the line. Their rates seem more than fair. They are the first people I turn to when I need a plumber. They seem to be available 24/7. They serve my condo community for all its plumbing needs.

They are really responsive and great to work with. Nice people who offer personal service.
If you need a day to day plumber to clear blockages and fix problems I highly recommend GCH. If you need a bigger project done they seem less responsive in this area. I did want to get my main line replaced and they did not want to do that. So Day to day plumbing and emergency call out could not recommend highly enough.
