GARY'S GREENERY

Terrible, horrible, sloppy & wrong! He was completely disorganized, installed most items incorrectly and didn't complete any phase before starting the next. He raised his bill for the same items in mid process. He wasted 6 days of our time by calling and saying he and his crew would be coming the next day and but would never show up, call or apologize when he did. We did not complete our job with him and went on to hire a professional landscape company who removed most of what Gary's Greenery installed because it was incorrectly/inadequately done. Work was very poorly or incorrectly done! The yard was never prepared or graded. The yard was suppose to be graded, however, he would have materials delivered and placed in the middle of the yard, he put numerous paving stones throughout the yard and never picked them up to grade, began planting trees and plants while attempting to grade. He broke our existing sprinkler wire in multiple places and tried to tape it together. He rendered a pipe we had installed through our hardscape useless because he cut it off and put an "L" bend in it. He incorrectly and inadequately installed most of the irrigation pipes with full sun and full shade planters on the same system, poor coverage of the lawn area , numerous zig zags in the pipes when they should have been installed straight, and most pipes where too shallow or above ground. Disorganized mess! Nothing was done in an orderly fashion. What should have been grade, prepare the yard, amend the soil, define the areas, install the irrigation system, approve the plants and locations, plant and install the sod turned into a disaster. Gary planted plants and dug holes before grading. Continuously moved dirt from one area to another causing both to never be ready. Installed irrigation pipes and defined areas before grading. Amended the soil then tried to rough grade which removed most of the amended products added to the soil.
