Upon their 1st visit they came in and found points of entry & plugged them. After 2 more visits my problem sees to be solved! All 3 times they worked professionally and diligently to correct the problem. I advise any new customers to give their company to solve your pest problem!

Spray white substance on wood furniture. Impossible to remove.

Really lousy phone communication, unable to find a house with a giant number sign, then has the gall to accuse other people of wasting their time when they were the ones constantly wasting our time.
Pushy salesman with no real knowledge of the products used and tries to scare tactic you into buying more services. (Tried to sell me termite protection even though the general pesticide has termite protection--DEMAND those labels.)
Attempts to refuse groupons and other promotions (although legally they HAVE to honor those) and tried to change the terms on the spot (also illegal).
Tracked mud into the house, made a huge mess in the bathroom (because he couldn't wait 4 minutes to drive to fast food place, apparently) and was incredibly rude, insinuating, pushy throughout.
Not through at all, although he kept trying to claim that's what made GAM such a good exterminator company. 3
