French Florist

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They falsely advertised as doing business in my city and state, accepted my payment, and then waited until all local businesses closed to cancel my order, leaving me stranded. Their excuse? A vague promise of a refund in five business days. It gets worse. I tried to reach out for clarity and spoke to a representative who refused to give her name after multiple requests. When I finally connected with a so-called customer service manager, she consistently talked over me, dismissively told me to "take a breath," and feigned concern for my well-being—while clearly downplaying the fact that your company just scammed me out of my money. You had my order for 48 hours before canceling it, and instead of taking responsibility, you seem more interested in concealing details about your representatives and providing no real resolution. It's outrageous that this floral group, which claims to operate nationally, cannot manage service in a city they're prominently featured in on Google. Nor have the want or desire to assist with transferring the order to another florist in there national community If this doesn’t set off alarm bells about the legitimacy of this company, I don’t know what will. It's clear I won't be smelling any roses here, just the stench of a scam. --- In addition, they did not want to give me the owners name but again that same Google search that placed them number one in the city and state where they don’t do business is where I was able to locate the business owners name. Mind you they have a motto that is strictly words without action: With our 43 years of expertise, truly exceptional staff and wholehearted concentration on raising the bar for the floral industry in its entirety, French Florist will move mountains to delight you and your recipient

Ordered arrangement via Teleflora.  Flowers did not look what was pictured/ordered.  Florist was to pick up arrangement and never responded.  Very unhappy with how Telefora handled situation and will submit a separate review about them.
