This company brings "old-school" knowledge and old-style Customer Service. A team of 2-6 worked for almost a week completing this job, documenting it in photos all along the way. They started by completely cleaning the roof and ensuring all the drains were running clear. They found where a neighboring tree was invading the flashing and undermining the roof and took photos of it for me before trimming it away. They used a tried and true technique to ensure that there was a good seal around every one of dozens of earthquake struts, air conditioning systems, conduit and other intrusions and obstructions, replaced layers of roofing paper wher required, then sealed the entire roof in double coats of white roof coating. More telling of the kind of service this company provides, when it rained a couple weeks after completion, they were on-site to look for any sign of weakness and called again when the next, heavier, storm hit just to follow up. I wouldn't call anyone else for my roofing needs.
