replacement windows
 + -1 moreIt took a long time to get the work done. He and his workmen did not show up one or two days a week. He installed interior grade molding on the outside. Less than three years after the job was completed we need to redo because of leaking. The molding (fiber board) absorbs water like a sponge every time it rains, the paint is peeling and the caulking is cracking everywhere. When he came to inspect after I complained about the original work, he threatened physical violence and refused to do any repairs. He said the cracking caulk was because the building is "settling on the foundation."
Description of Work: Frank installed new vinyl windows, replacing the old wood frame windows. He also did a lot of handyman type work and worked on the wood floors.
