It took a long time to get the work done. He and his workmen did not show up one or two days a week. He installed interior grade molding on the outside. Less than three years after the job was completed we need to redo because of leaking. The molding (fiber board) absorbs water like a sponge every time it rains, the paint is peeling and the caulking is cracking everywhere. When he came to inspect after I complained about the original work, he threatened physical violence and refused to do any repairs. He said the cracking caulk was because the building is "settling on the foundation."
