FOUR SEASONS APPLIANCE

He came out discovered that we need a part   said he would call with cost
   waited a couple of days  no call back     we finally got a hold of him he said
  cost was $250 for part  we told him to order it.    Have not heard from him
  since  called again today 6/28/2013 no answer   we  are going on vacation for a
 week   left him that message   if there is no message on our answering machine
 when we come back on 7/8      will have to find someone else

Technician was timely, polite, efficient, and willing to show me what he was doing and how.  He had surmised what the problem was likely to be based on my description on the phone and had the part in hand. 
This company was not selected by me; it was selected by the Home Protection Policy we had (we purchased our condo several weeks ago).  Nonetheless I was impressed.  I can't effectively comment on pricing because I only had to pay the service fee mandated by the policy. 

He refused to order the parts and left. I called American Home Shield and they told me I had to use them. They called 4 Seasons and the owner called me back, letting me know they would come out. I called several times to no avail. After 10 days I called another company to do the work. Finally Four Seasons called and let me know the part was in, but it was too late, I had hired another company. I had no confidence that they knew how to do their job and if they did if they would even do it properly.

The service was lousy. They made me deal without refrigeration for a week because it took them that long to receive the part.
