Fountain Avenue

David was very professional although he was busy understandbly if you are good, so I had to wait until he could see me the following week. He calls when he is on his way and was on time. I really appreciated that and he gave me a result on my fountain that was better than I had received previously, so he took the time to explain what the problem has been and I was very pleased with knowing what I could expect from someone who really knows this profession.

Always good. One in particular that the racoons liked to regularly tear up - David came out just as regularly to put it back together.

Not good. I came home to find that they cracked my huge fountain centerpiece on both sides. I was not home when this happened. They never called to tell me this happened. They cracked my fountain and just left. So now not only is my fountain not even there are two huge cracks on both sides.

I cannot say enough good things about David. He never misses a scheduled maintenance appointment (even in the rain!) and is always responsive when I call because of some fountain emergency or blown lightbulb, which invariably happens when company is coming over.
He replumbed my front fountain because tree roots cracked the pipes and he came up with an ingenuous solution to run the pipes outside of the fountain in a way I wouldn't see them. Also, I have a mermaid sculpture in my back fountain that had tarnished. After I had another company clean her and put on a patina, I was horrified at how awful she looked. I was so upset that David came the next day and spent eight hours taking off the awful patina and redoing her (I never realized he could do this or else I would have had him do it initially). This is just one example of the many ways David goes out of his way to make sure my fountains, which are integral to my yards being true sanctuaries, stay beautiful.

No problems of any kind.

Fountain Avenue was recommended by my landscaper when I relandscaped my backyard and installed a fountain. They have always been professional, timely and I've never had any issue with them in the 8 years they have been servicing my fountain. Moreover they've only slightly raised their monthly rate once in that time.
