Avi and his team were fabulous. At the beginning of the process, he was the only contractor that we had spoken to that even mentioned the abatement process and how it might affect us. He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Avi made sure that we knew that something might not be the best idea but if we truly wanted it he would do it. We did the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, all windows, all doors including the front and garage doors. It was a huge undertaking but what a transformation. We were first time home remodelers and they walked us through every aspect of the process. When the unexpected happened, they were up front and let us know. The construction team under Luis were fabulous. We would swear Luis was a magician, the kinds of things he could get done on the spot were amazing. Definitely a man of many skills. The crew were respectful and friendly. They made sure everything was clean and livable at the end of each day. Also Joyce, the office coordinator, was awesome and we had a text thread going with her and Avi the whole time. All the permits were obtained in the proper manner and everything was done according to safety regulations. We are thrilled with all of our new home and highly recommend Finesse Remodeling and Consulting for all your interior remodeling needs.

Avi and team fully remodeled our humble kitchen over the summer and we couldn't be happier with the result. He made everything easy and within our budget, from the consult to choosing the floor, tiles, backsplash, appliances, etc. and his advice was always spot on. He was able to leverage his relationships with stores and suppliers to streamline our shopping experience and get us the best prices and products. We had a few hiccups with the floor and inevitable delays due to covid and supply chain issues, but all of that was to be expected. The final result is the kitchen of our dreams. The workers were absolutely terrific and I just want give a shout out to Luis and Sammy and all the guys that worked on our project. The quality of work is just outstanding. Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous experience with Finesse Remodeling and Consulting. The kitchen and family room desigh was creative and sensitive to all our needs and demands. Detailed guidance and explanations were offered at every step. The team was efficient, polite and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. The outcome is a beautifully laid out kitchen and family room which everyone in our family is enjoying immensely.

We contracted with Avi and Finesse Remodeling to remodel our kitchen and adjacent family room and bathroom and we are very pleased with the results. We put our contractor search into high gear in October 2020. We spoke with many contractors who all seemed really good but Avi was a touch above the rest. He not only had great ideas but was also very personable. We ideally wanted our new kitchen before Christmas but were concerned if it could get done in time and Avi said he could do it in 6 weeks, and he and his team completed the projects in in 6 weeks! Suffice it to say that as the homeowner I had to be fully engaged and do my part to make it happen so it was a great team effort. Not only did Avi and crew do great work, but Avi kept things moving really well and he worked tirelessly to ensure the different specialists did their work as scheduled. The specialists included plumbing and electrical rough work, drywall and painting, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, final plumbing and electrical and appliances installation. Aviâ s attention to detail throughout the project was fantastic. When it came time to resolve punch list items, he got all the issues resolved that resulted from the work and that were in scope. In summary, I highly recommend Avi and Finesse Remodeling for your home remodel projects!

We came across Avi and Finesse remodeling during our search for contractors to upgrade our kitchen and patio. The absolute best! This was our first remodel and after a few meetings with Avi we were so impressed we decided to hire Avi and Finesse to do a remodel of our entire house. The house was in years of neglect and disrepair. This was a HUGE project. Demo and remodel of kitchen, 2 bathrooms and master bedroom, new flooring, tiling, new electrical, HVAC, repair and replacement of windows, painting of entire interior, no inch of the house was untouched, we moved out for two months. Avi, Sam and Joyce were amazing, creative, and always on site or in communication daily. Everyone on Aviâ s crew were masters of their craft, at times there were 8-10 workers in the house at the same time, almost all have worked with Avi and Sam for 10+ years. Three months later we have a beautiful home that is in pristine condition. This is totally due to Aviâ s vision of what was possible, within budget and done on a very tight timeline. Throughout this process we felt that we were so fortunate to have Avi and his team turning an aging house into a beautiful home.

Avi and his crew were excellent. Crew showed up on time with no major delays. Bathroom remodel stayed within our budget with no major surprises. Crew always cleaned up everyday. So happy with our beautiful new bathroom!

Avi and his team at Finesse completed 3 distinct projects over this summer. It all started with a serious plumbing leak in a bathroom necessitating a partial remodel of that bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. Work was completed timely and in a very Workman like manner. We went to Avi since he had previously remodeled two other bathrooms for us. We then moved on to a full garage remodel which came out beautifully. Finally we did a partial remodel of our kitchen, replacing tile countertops, appliances s and a good cover. Avi made some wonderful suggestions that we' be really appreciated. He suggested a Bristol new sink which we love and did a great job to retrofit new appliances into our existing custom cabinetry. I couldn't have asked for a better result. Everything was completed timely and we couldn't be more pleased.

I would definitely recommend Finesse Remodeling. The work completed was exceptional, the cost was reasonable, and the schedule was maintained. I'll be calling Avi for my next project!

Avi and his crew were great! Our remodel project started with just a little leak in the bathroom, and ended up being quite a bit more work throughout the house. We had 3 other bids, from 3 different contractors, and we are so glad we went with Avi. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but by far the most personable and professional. Avi,Joyce, Luis, Sam, Oscar and his flooring crew, and the electrical crew, were all so easy to work with and always kept us apprised of what progress was being made. There was only one mistake made (wrong windows were ordered). Avi was quick to take ownership and fix the mistake. I am so pleased with the finished product! I have and wouldn't hesitate recommending Avi to any friends and neighbors

Having bought a large fixer-upper with major work needed, including a complete kitchen renovation as well as three full bathrooms (including a master bath), new flooring throughout, all new plumbing, and all new electrical, I really took my time and met with five different contractors. In my initial meeting with Avi, his expertise and professionalism was readily apparent as we discussed my plans for the house. His bid was very competitive, and I felt Finesse Remodeling was the best choice. My instincts were correct as Avi and his team did an amazing job on my house. From early demo days to final touch ups, Avi, Joyce and Sam were always there to keep me posted on the progress being done. I was not living in the house during the renovations, but I would stop by regularly, and every time I did I would find the Finesse crew hard at work. With such a large renovation spanning a couple of months, you really get to know the various workers and sub-contractors, like Eli and his electrical team, and Oscar and his flooring crew. Everyone was always professional and courteous, and took pride in the quality of their workmanship. They had all worked with Avi on numerous jobs over many years, and that trust and mutual respect showed. The whole renovation process was fairly painless. Even when issues came up (they always do!), Avi and Joyce would communicate with me and present problem-solving solutions, making me feel I was always in good hands. I would not hesitate to work with Avi again and will refer Finesse Remodeling to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

Avi and his crew created a really terrific new kitchen and bathroom remodel in my mid century ranch house in the SFV. He worked with my eclectic taste, made product recommendations, steered me in a different direction when he knew I was off base. Avi is easy to get a long with, honest, and enthusiastic about his projects. I have no regrets about choosing Finesse for our project.

Avi and his team created a wonderful new kitchen for our home. We couldn't be happier with the result. I have to say that the big headline of this review is that they did a phenomenal job of sticking to their schedule, hitting every deadline and beating the timeline for the construction at every phase. We were never waiting for the next step; it always seemed to move fast. In my experience, this is rare. Of course the process of doing any construction can be difficult as there are so many moving parts and complicated communications -- I wouldn't say that the process was always easy, but Avi without-a-doubt put 110% effort into the project and made it easier than anyone else we've worked with. I do not hesitate to give Finesse Remodeling 5 stars and a recommendation to friends and family.

After doing a trial with Finesse we decided to hire them to finish our whole house: guest bath, interior paint, master bath, closets, kitchen, exterior paint, etc. We're finally done and we couldn't be happier. What impresses me most is their professionalism. Avi and Joyce always answer the phone no matter what (or call back in a timely manner) and keep clean records. Avi really cares that the job is quality and that every detail upon finishing is to my liking. His workers are incredibly respectful and didn't hesitate to make small adjustments to accommodate my perfectionism. I definitely recommend Avi and his team and will consider using them again in the future.

We were graciously guided through our first ever remodel (kitchen) in our townhome in Marina del Rey by Avi. He's got a great sense of design and gave us all the information we needed to be able to choose new cabinets, countertops, and tile that look modern and clean. His teams were respectful of our property when they completed their work. In the end, the kitchen is a dream. We can't wait to work with Avi on future remodels.

I found Finesse Remodeling & Consulting through on line reviews. I needed a kitchen repair and remodel following a flood that caused extensive water damage. On the night I first met Avi Ben Dov, I knew we would be working together. His enthusiasm and knowledge made me feel at ease and he walked me through what would happen in my kitchen on that very first night. On the spot he came up with a design that would ultimately be what we ended up going with for my dream kitchen. When it came time to picking out materials, he accompanied me to vendors and offered his opinion and advice. As the work started, I was very pleased with the craftsmanship of his team, especially Luis and Sam. What they did with the tile on the floors and backsplash is pure art! The great thing about Finesse is any time I wanted to contact Avi or Joyce the office manager, my phone calls, emails, and texts were answered right away. There was never a time I had to wait for an answer to my question. As a side note, Joyce is also a wonderful asset and was patient, kind, and professional whenever I called her with a question. I would absolutely hire Finesse again for any project for my home in the future.

Terrific to work with Avi and his team, they are a tight group. Show up on time keep a neat and tidy work area, polite. Avi explains the contract well and I liked the payment timeline as the job progressed. Would highly recommend Finesse Remodeling.

First off, a little primer on Contractors in general is in order. Your Contractor, in almost all cases, will not be swinging the hammer or even lifting one. He is the project Coordinator. He lines up and schedules the subs and, hopefully, stays on top of them to ensure that the project gets completed sometime within the window of time and money promised. That said, you will go over time, you will go over budget and you will end up working as a sub Foreman for your Contractor as he will call or text you to see if a certain sub actually bothered to show up on the day promised. All that being true, Avi and Finesse Remodeling did a fantastic job and delivered a beautiful kitchen once all the dust settled. There will be times when you hate the process intently and will ask yourself why in God's name did you even consider doing this and you will project this onto your Contractor. That is part of the reason you are paying him. What is undeniable about FInesse is the quality of their subs. The work was impeccable, be it painting, tile work or plumbing. Another important point to be aware of with a remodel: you will have to figure out what you want before starting the project down to the nitty gritty details. The clearer the idea and vision you have, the better the end result. There are things you have to take care of and order for yourself. The cabinet hardware for instance. If you find some great hardware online, order it before you begin the job and make sure it arrives before you begin the job. Same thing with tile or anything else that is "special" as you do not want to do anything to slow down the process. Subs not being able to show up because material you ordered failed to arrive is something you want to avoid at all costs because you should never be the bottleneck on your own remodel and you lose the ability to blame the Contractor for a slowdown if they can't install because you failed to anticipate a lead time. Finesse Remodeling delivered a beautiful kitchen with the least amount of grief possible. We will use them as soon as we have refilled the coffers to the level that we can afford the bathroom.

Avi Ben Dov, the owner, is an excellent project manager and problem solver. Issues will inevitably pop up and how they are handled determines if they are bumps in the road or a chasm across all lanes. Avi immediately jumps in, finds a solution and keeps issues from becoming problems. His crews are professional, skilled in their area of expertise and put customer satisfaction first, just as Avi does. He makes sure everything within his control is done on time and done well. I hope to use him again in the future for other projects. My new kitchen is beautiful and efficient! Thank you to your office staff as well. Joyce and Cassandra were amazing!
