Victor was GREAT to work with. His pricing was very competitive and reasonable. He helped us understand how our needs fit with good design, structural needs, and even kept in mind resell needs in anticipating selling in the future. He was a pleasure to work with and now that my house is being framed, I can't believe how happy I am with the design. We thought twice about hiring an architect because of the expense, but I NEVER would have designed such a great addition without him and we have not regretted it one bit. He dealt with the city completely and got us all the way through the permit phase. He has worked with the contractor to ensure that our design is met. We completely trust him and couldn't be happier.
