The quality of their service and they just have a reputation for being first rate. The watch is working fine and it's beautiful. Their service is just excellent and they stand behind their work. If you have a nice watch, you can't find a better place to get it serviced.

They are an old company, they've been here since 1913. They don't take any shortcuts. They have thousands of watches and can work on, basically, any watch. An old one, a new one, a vintage one, a $20,000 one - they work on them all. They are really high quality. There is no compromising, quality and integrity is great. I don't think that they are a lot cheaper than anybody else, but on quality and reliability, all that kind of stuff, they are really good. Another thing they are really good on, is if you have something really hard to work out - my wife had an old fancy watch with a crystal that was broken. We took it in there and they said "Well, we'll take a look. We have over 10,000 crystals here in stock, but if we don't have it, we can send it out to one of three places and they will re-manufacture, they will build a crystal for you that matches this watch." That is pretty special if you have a really good watch and you want to make sure it is in shape.

They are a watch repair heaven. If it is something like cleaning or changing a battery, they will do it for free. They are good and I would have no hesitations in giving positive ratings to them. I will use their service in the future.

They did a great job. I felt very confident with them because not only did they had a good rating on Angie's List but I was also told by someone else that they were good. They were very honest and gave us suggestions. We have had no problems since it was fixed. Although the work was costly I know it was done right, I think that you get what you pay for. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I picked out a new watchband, and then the salesman took it and my watch to the repair men to be attached. Twenty minutes went by. Three people who came in after me had batteries replaced while I was still waiting. I asked someone to check on the watch--she told me "They're working on it now." Twenty more minutes went by. I asked someone else to check on it. She said, "Fifteen more minutes." I told a third person that if I'd know it would take more than 40 minutes, I would have left the watch and come back later. Then the original salesman came up and wrote me a ticket so I could leave the watch. I came back about two hours later. The band was attached by had to be sized. When it came back, it was too small. Back to the repairmen, and when it came back again it was OK. This took 20 minutes altogether.

Great. They did a very good job, and they mailed the watch back to me so that I didn't have to drive across town to pick it up.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE FAST AND THEY WORK WITH REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE THEY ARE REALLY EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE THE GUYS THERE ARE REALLY POLITE.
