Talk about a great Real Estate agent. Fariba is amazing. She cares deeply about every step of the way and it's so nice to see that much energy and effort put forth on your behalf (and without any upfront fees).
A friend of mine recommended Fariba as an agressive and outstanding agent. Even though I was using another agent at the time, Fariba provided free, over-the-phone, help and filled in where the other agent was not willing to fill in. After a horrible experience with my other agent, I dropped her and decided to go with Fariba.
Best decision ever.
Being a first time home buyer and dealing with an REO, Fariba was defintiely the most valuable person on my side. We encountered numerous issues with the seller (a bank) with lack of timely response, and disinterest in general. Fariba fought and fought and fought for me. She would call every day, follow up by emails multiple times a day and she never gave up.
In fact, when I was ready to give up, she gave me objective advice and explained to me each and every step.
Fariba is a master negotiator. She negotates for her clients and makes sure that the deal makes her clients happy. She is not out to make a quick dollar. Fariba is determined to develop a relationship to last throughout the years. It is this aspect that really left me hugely impressed and extremely happy to have enlisted Fariba's services.
I recommend Fariba with great confidence. She goes above and beyond, from the selection process, to the negotiating process, to the closing process.
