I contacted this company in June because they had a part that we needed for our security gate. We gave them our credit card. They sent us a faulty part. We contacted them, sent the part back, and was promised a new one. We waited 2 weeks and never received the part. I called them, was promised the part would be mailed out that day, and waited another week and still no part arrived. I called again and was lied to. They had excuse after excuse after excuse. I am still waiting for the part. They are swindlers and I am reporting them to the attorney general and consumer protection. I have checked YELP, and their reviews reflect my same problem from other customers.
