F & R INTERIORS

This was a real good experience from start to finish. I found them online and called the showroom. They came to my house with fabrics which made it really easy to select the right fabric. The advice on what kind of rid to use was really smart as I was going vyo use something velse and I'm glad they suggested a decorative rod. We had to wait a little because the fabric was backordered but that's to be expected. The installers were professional and clean. I live that they used gloves as we have selected call white fabrics. Will de6 use them again and will recommend them!

We have been clients of F and R Interiors for the last 18 years. First when I lived in an apartment & now in our home. We have used them for all of our window treatments. They have always provided us with great service and are very courteous. I have a new project I would like to work on and I have already begun the process with F and R Interiors. If you are looking to install new shades, curtains or shutters, you should consider F and R.

In April of 2013 we ordered two Hunter Douglas shades through F&R. They cost $1,685. After 16 months of use (one time opening in the morning and one time closing at night), the continuous loop cord broke on the larger shade. The retail price of the loop itself is only $30. F&R refused to provide any service at the house, stating we would have to pay them $150 to remove the shade and $75 to ship it to Hunter Douglas. I called Hunter Douglas which claims it tried twice to get them to work with us. I have contacted a repair service which said that if we had bought the shade from them, they would have done it for free.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM A LONG TIME. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. I LIKE THE OWNER VERY MUCH. HE'S VERY HONEST. I LIKE THE WORK THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE PRICE IS COMPETITIVE. IT'S NOT CHEAP BUT IT'S RIGHT IN THERE. YOU PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE, BUT YOU GET GOOD WORK DONE.
