I screened several storage facilities in West Los Angeles area by phone from. When I called EZ Storage's "Marina" location, they seemed helpful, friendly, and gave me straightforward options over the phone (unlike some others I contacted). I selected them for a site visit when I arrived in the LA area, and was impressed by the convenient location, apparent security, and staff friendliness and helpfulness. They took me to see several available lockers of different sizes, and provided what turned out to be sage advice on which size would work best for me. They offered a student discount (the "renter" was really my daughter who attends university in the area) as well a promotional discounts. I signed up for a 6' x 10' room and moved everything today. Things have gone very smoothly so far, and I am relieved to have found what seems like a good fit on short notice.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. WHEN I RENTED THE TRUCK I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT NECESSARY STARTING PROCEDURES FOR THE OLDER DIESEL ENGINE. DURING THE MOVE, THE BATTERY ON THE TRUCK DIED, ROADSIDE SERVICE WAS TERRIFIC AND WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK AND RELATED THE EXPERIENCE THE MANAGER ON SITE SINCERELY APOLOGIZED AND ONLY CHARGED ME 50% OF THE DAILY RENTAL FEE AND THE MILEAGE TO MAKE UP FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, PRICING WAS AS PROMISED AND THEY EVEN GIVE YOU A $10 FOR ALL REFERRALS, AND THERE REALLY IS NO LEASE OR CONTRACT FOR LENGTH OF SERVICE.
