They came out when they said they were going to come out and took the stuff away. I was satisfied. I don't remember anything bad about this company.

My husband and I have always wanted to reclaim the space our junk has taken up throughout the house, garage and backyard. We didn't want to rent a dumpster and do it ourselves, so we were happy to find Express Waste Hauling who basically let us point to what we wanted gone and they took care of it! The company is very professional, from their website, customer service over the phone, their employees that came out and even the truck! We felt comfortable that they have a history in the business and the proper documentation. The appointment was scheduled in a one-hour range and they actually called us when they were on the way! My husband and I were still sifting though items but we got them started working on a guest bedroom. They were very careful with our items that were in the way and took extra care over our hardwood floors. As advertised, they did all the lifting and loading! Many of our small furniture and toys were in good condition and it felt good that they were going to donate those items rather than throwing them in the landfill. Even some metal cabinets that have seen better days would be recycled. Their green initiative was a big factor in my mind! Seeing all of our junk piled up in the truck was quite amazing as I anticipated it would be a lot more! Luckily their truck was bigger than the "other guys" and it only came out to be a half load. All-in-all we received more service than we expected and it all came out to be a reasonable price. What else can a consumer ask for?
