THE WORSE!!! Avoid at all costs!! I had made the mistake of hiring them to install a simple chandelier A YEAR AGO IN 2018. They did a horrible job, broke my chandelier, then never charged me and are now just realizing this half way through 2019 and the owner Mike Schaffer has been sending threatening voicemails. How professional! A YEAR AGO I needed a simple chandelier installation. They sent someone no older than 23 named Scott or Jackson, late at night who had no idea what he was doing. He brought all the wrong tools, couldn't even install the lighting fixture and kept telling me that his boss was saying just finish up and get out already. THE LIGHTING FIXTURE WAS ALREADY INSTALLED! Not to mention I said I would assemble the chandelier parts myself, he just needed to put the chandelier inside the fixture. For two hours he drilled MULTIPLE holes in my ceiling. Then said he didn't have the right tools and he would have to go to Home Depot to buy them. Really? You didn't think to come prepared? He left my apartment for two hours a TOTAL disaster. Dust all over my furniture, tools everywhere and trash covering the floor. SEE THE PICTURE. He then came back and spent another hour just to install the chandelier and BROKE ONE OF THE ARMS! His excuse was "Sorry I don't do this often. They just sent me last minute." Turns out the owner Mike just finds these guys off craigslist! (LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS!) Are you kidding me?! This was such an easy job. FIVE HOURS TOTAL. Should have only taken 30 minutes tops! Then he charged $250. I was quoted for way less and not to mention other chandelier installation companies wouldn't charge even half of that! Two months later the chandelier stopped working! I had to have someone come out and fix it because the wiring was incorrectly installed. The new installation company only charged $100 and took 20 minutes NO HOLES DRILLED. Simple!! They said word for word "who installed this? A kid?!" Then ONE YEAR LATER I get a call from Mike Schaffer, the manager saying they never charged my card?? Are you kidding me?? A YEAR LATER. After this horrible job you couldn't even install a simple chandelier let alone correctly charge a customer. He's been calling my phone nonstop and leaving threatening voicemails. Terrible, incompetent Electricians and even worse management!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
