I had to move my high end furnitures from my house to a storage facility. I spoke to Donna and ask her for a quote. Donna was nice to me and gave me my quote after i emailed her the pics of the items that i want to move. she sent the guys to my house yesterday and they came on time and without any delay. they wrapped all my furnitures and placed them in the truck. the packing was super professional and the guys were very nice and polite. At my storage facility, they unloaded the truck and places them inside making sure that nothing will happen to them. Excellent people and service. See my attached pictures to show what i mean.

I recently hired elite moving for my second move, and it was absolutely a great experience again. The movers were professional while the price was cost-efficient, and the service was fast as well. Donna helped us to book and manage the actual move and she was an absolute great person to deal with. She was very helpful and polite when I had to reschedule the actual moving date by few days earlier. The moving crew was led by Mario and they arrived to my house on time and moved all of the stuff with care and afford as it was their personal move. I will hire them again without any doubt!

I hired Elite moving and storage to move my house including my piano 2 months ago. The service was excellent and the move went without any problem or issues. The moves came over and wrapped all the bulky items and they did a great job doing that. All my items arrived to my new house in excellent shape and nothing was broken.

I hired Elite moving and storage after getting a great recommendations about them from a friend at work who had used them lately. I had Mario and Jose with additional 3 more guys to move my 3 bedrooms house to a new place. They showed up on the scheduled time and start to work right away. They worked pretty quickly and helped wrapped some furniture’s with extra blankets to prevent damages during the move. Nothing was damaged during the move and this was great. I had no hidden charge or any other surprise during this move. Generally, I am very happy with the whole work that they did. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have called and made an appointment with elite moving to come over to my house and move my furniture and personal belongings. They arrived on time on the day that we set with the office and the workers began to work. During the whole work, they made sure that I was pleased with how they work and packed my furniture. I was very happy that I called them. Part of the items that they had to move was my daughter piano. The piano was wrapped and moved very professionally that they didn’t leave any scratches on the piano when they moved it. I will certainly contact them again for my next move as each time I moved any large furniture, it always got some sort of damage but with Elite moving and storage, nothing got any damaged.

I had to move my items from my house and i was shopping around for a moving company. I contacted this company (Elite moving and storage) and i spoke to Donna about my move. Donna was able to send someone to check and see what do i need to move and the following day, she called me and gave me her price witch was great. We scheduled the move for the weekend and the guys arrived to my house on time and loaded the truck and moved it to the new house. It was a hassle free move and i was happy that i choose this company.

It went well. One of the workers was not very careful but it went overall well.

My wife recently hired elite moving for coming over and help us pack all the heavy furniture at our house and to move them to our new house. She was in contact with Donna from the office and my wife was very happy with her. The day of the move, I was waiting for all the movers to come and to start the work. The workers came on time and they packed and wrapped all the items that we wanted including the piano that we have. It took them half a day to pack, wrap and load the truck with everything. At our new house, they unloaded everything and they walked with me to check each one of the items and to make sure that nothing is damaged or broken. I’m personally very happy with this type of approach and work and we keep their contact information for future use or to refer them.

Due to our recent remodeling, We hired Elite moving, to come over, pack our furniturs and store them for 3 months and then to bring them back to our house after the remodeling is completed. We worked directly with Donna and she coordinate all of that. Although we spoke to Donna only over the phone, we were very happy with her service and mainly with the actual people that did the work. After our house was ready, Donna sent her guys with our stuff and she made sure that we are happy and that everything is good.

I recently hired and used Elite Moving and Storage for the second time for the last 3 years now and as before, the whole moving went without any issue or problem. I must mention that Donna and the actual guys that did the move were great, Professional and hardworking people. From start to finish, nothing was complicated but easy task which proved me once again about the great service that this company provide. The beginning of the move started with the booking that I did with Donna. This booking was easy, priced correctly, The guys arrived to the house on time and they did the job good. I'll definitely be recommending them and Donna to anyone who is looking for a great and honest moving company with great experience.

I purchased a voucher through Angie's list that should've covered the entire job, then all the extras came out. Drive time between places was charged double (explain why that would be when you're not actually moving while driving, but I digress), tape cost, blanket costs, you name it, you got charged for it. Voucher was for 3 people, truck and 3 hours of work. Even though it was only moving furniture, the job ended up taking something close to 7 hours, and that was with a team of friends also helping. And certain pieces of furniture still ended up getting damaged. IMHO, absolutely would've been better off renting my own Uhaul truck and handling myself with my friends, since we were doing the majority of the work anyway.

Everything was picked up, wrapped in blankets, marked and placed on the truck. It was delivered in the time frame requested and everything made it safe and sound with no breakage or loss.

Outstanding!! There was a lot of dust, and the guys were troopers!! They were smiling and professional throughout the job.

We hired Elite movers for full packing service of our household belongings & straight delivery in two 26' trucks. The guys did an amazing job of packing everything in less than one day, but they definitely left their "mark" on our old house. The walls & carpet needed to be really cleaned afterwards plus their packing blankets shed pieces of material & debris. We made them wear "booties" when delivering everything to our new house! Unfortunately, items got chipped, dented & broken. We were disappointed to say the least - especially the refrigerator door got a huge dent in it even though they seem to pack it well. One antique item got broken & a dining room chair got a huge chip in its wooden leg. We're still unpacking books, etc. and have found many art books not packed with care. We haven't moved in 20 years, so we're not really sure what a good mover is in this day & age. Angie's List recommendation of Elite was one reason we hired this company, but I'm not sure if I'd recommend them to anyone. Mary in the office was really nice & some what helpful ... The drivers couldn't find our new house because the street isn't on GPS (even though we offered directions the day before!). It just made a stressful day a little bit more crazy!

I used elite moving and storage when I had move out of my house due to a whole remodeling project that I did. After my house was ready after the remodeling, I called them again to move back all my personal belongings from the storage facility into my house. During the 3 moving events with them, I was assigned two different moving crews which both of them were exceptional. I honestly can't recommend them enough. This industry of moving contain unfortunately so many shocking stories of horrible moving companies. It is surely vital to try and hire a moving company that have good experience and they are long time in the industry. Boris, Jose and Ramon were the movers from the second move and they showed up just on time and they were friendly, pleasant and effective. At the first move, they wrapped everything with all the moving cloths so nothing got damaged or broken. They worked carefully in order to put all the items and boxes exactly where I needed them to be and they moved them to the right place when I told them how and where they need to be. The entire moving was satisfying with timely skills and this is the main reason why I will only hire this moving company anytime I need to move. I do recommend them without exemption.

We had elite moving and storage as the moving company that moved my house. By no means could we imagine that this move will be such an easy process and that the great movers will make such a durable impression. All the movers (4 in total) pushed through all the furniture and boxes at the house pretty quickly making sure that all the boxes are well closed and wrapped good, while presenting excessive care to details. During the whole moving, the guys were very kind and engaging with us. They were precise and effective in their work; one guy was wrapping the furniture and the other one disassemble another thing, while the other loads the truck and team up on all the larger items, like all the appliances. Everything was either wrapped in cellophane or was wrapped in a blanket. They made a lasting impression on us, so much so that we were talking about them to some of our friends and family over dinner at the new house. More than that, we recommended them to our real estate agent so she can recommend them to her clients as well.

We really appreciated meeting the owner, Val, who came to do a walk-through estimate. I then corresponded by email with Mary in the office to clarify some potential fees for stairs and long carry to the street from the back of the complex, sign the contract, and finalize plans. Avi and the crew showed up early on move day and called to let me know they were downstairs whenever we were ready. The crew of four did a great job disassembling all the furniture and moving all the boxes out. They were very mindful about working around our sleeping baby and keeping a chair in our apartment until the end so that I was able to take care of her as easily as possible. The only thing that day that surprised us were fees for the stairs and long carry - since I was so careful to clarify that they were already included in the estimate - and freight capacity slightly above what was estimated (although we hadn't added anything to the move and had in fact gotten rid of a couple pieces of furniture). I felt at that point in time there was nothing more I could so I went ahead and signed the paperwork for the higher costs (~$1k more than we originally expected to pay). Then the real problems started. The short story is that our stuff took the maximum length of time to make it from So Cal to Kentucky. Over the 3+ weeks Elite was in possession of our things I corresponded with Mary multiple times and was originally told the truck would arrive a week before it finally did. There were multiple revisions for delivery date in the meantime and my husband had to reschedule an important meeting twice because it required documents that were on the moving truck. We were so glad to see the truck finally arrive at our new apartment! Unfortunately, there was only one mover to move all of our things upstairs into our second floor apartment. ONE guy! He arrived at noon as scheduled the day before but when I saw he was by himself I was positive he couldn't move everything in and assembly the furniture by a reasonable hour. In fact, a couple friends ended up helping move things in. We unwrapped all the furniture, and a new neighbor who we hadn't even met yet was asked to help bring in a couple of the largest pieces of furniture and then even helped the mover assemble them. Unbelievable! With all this help everything was completed by 8 PM. Bottom line: Elite may be a good local mover when things are moving promptly from one place immediately to another. We would not recommend them for a long-distance move.

Terrible!!! BUYER BEWARE!! We called and called could not get our shipment of our home furnishings when we moved. They did not get our items out in the 21 days proscribed by law. Kept holding us up for more money when they picked up our items. Arriving after our storage unit was closed and trying to hold us up for more money for things beyond our control. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The moving guys of elite moving and storage were great and life savers. I had to move my son's furniture and stuff out of his apartment in LA and move it to my house. The time frame that I had was not a lot and it was less than a week. I choose elite moving and storage based on my online research and they really were professional and nice to me over the phone. Donna was able to send the movers the following day and to complete the move. The movers were responsive and kept me informed on scheduling. John, Sam, Jose and Juan appeared at the house early at the day of the move and pay attention to my opinions because it was unusual move. I had some furniture that I wanted to take for donation and other furniture to be loaded and moved to the house. Everything was wrapped with extra care and moved to the house while the crew was very supportive in getting the furniture offloaded at the donation center. I am very satisfied with my selection and I will completely use elite moving and storage again.

Elite moving and storage was fantastic. Their 4 man team moved our 4 bedrooms house which included all of our furnishingers from their storage unit near our new house over to the new house including unloading the truck and place all the items in the correct space at the house. This whole move took close to 6 hours only. The point for this review is that the workers of elite moving and the storage crew really surprised us and did a great job with excellent customer service. They were also very professional and friendly, and I was able to do the reservation for this move just a few days before that actual service. Can't recommend them enough.

These guys from elite moving and storage were quite simply Professional, polite, on-time and they had everything loaded at the house and unloaded it in the new location in very reasonable time frame. I must admit that nothing got broke, damaged or smashed. More than that, they took out all the empty boxes and trash that was accumulated in the new house while I was unpacking and moved some furniture while the movers kept bringing in more and more boxes. During the move, Donna from the main office of elite, assigned to my house 3 movers that were excellent guys. They came over on the day of the move and start working immediately because they wanted to make sure that it will be done as soon as possible. Donna coordinate the whole move and she kept inform me about the any major thing that I needed to know and be informed. When the work was completed, Donna called me and wanted to know if I was happy and if there are any problems that she should know about before finalizing the last charge of the move.

Everything went very well. The three guys who came out were on time and got right to work. They worked their butts off. The only time they stopped was to eat lunch. Very hard workers and they took very good care of all my belongings. No damage at all to belongings or walls. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, I will use this company again.

The crew of elite moving and storage were great and beyond my expectations! I had to hire them in order to store all my personal belongings and furniture from my old house for 2 months until I will be able to move to my new house. All the movers showed up at my old house early at the day that was scheduled and confirmed with Donna from the office and they loaded the truck with all my items in few hours. When this was completed, they stored it at their warehouse and when I had to get my items back, I spoked to Donna once again scheduling it 3 days ahead. Donna was very nice to me and extremely helpful. All the items arrived to my house safe and in good condition. Donna made sure that I’m happy and that there are no problems or issues during and after they completed the work. The movers came over to the new house and they unloaded everything with extra causes and if there was ever a piece or some boxes that they didn't understand where to put them, they would come ask for clarification. I would highly recommend them for a move!

Unfortunately during the recent years, I had to move several times and usually it was some local companies that I found online and they claimed to good moving companies but in reality, I wasn’t happy with them and each time there was another problem (like hidden charges, broken things rude people and more…). My last move was with elite moving and storage. This company made my thoughts and experience about moving completely different. Honestly, I am still stunned at how simple and reasonable this moving process was. I did this move last month and I moved out from small house that I rented for a year into a larger house that I finally bought. What made me concern at first was that I have several big furniture, such as: - L-sectional living room - A Cal-king mattress and wood bed. - 2 dressers - 8 people dining table - And more… In addition to that, I had 30 boxes and 10 large bags with all the small and immediate items that I needed to organize when I’m at the new house. My new house was about 50 miles away from my rental house. The movers arrived to my house at 8:00 am (when the original appointment that I made with Donna from the office was scheduled for 9:00 am). By 2:00 pm the movers were already on the way to the new house, so it took them roughly 2 hours of driving to get to the new house and start to unload the truck with my items and boxes. The movers split to 2 groups of three people each and they did an amazing and fast job of unloading the truck and place the items in the right place at the new house. They were speedy, thoughtful and remarkably helpful. The movers complied with all my solicitations and were extremely attending with everything that was involved with this move. The move was finished late that evening and none of them complained or show any problem with that. All they cared was to finish the move and to see that I was happy. BIG THANK YOU to elite moving and storage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and mainly Donna from the office. She was beyond my expectations when it came to customer service.

This company (elite moving & storage) and mainly the moving guys were beyond great! They came over and packed almost the whole 3 bedroom condo and moved it to our new 4 bedrooms house and all of this was in 3 days of work, starting early of each day and finishing late evening. Like most people, we also have a so many things to pack and move and they carefully boxed, labeled and moved it all. Most of all, they were incredibly polite, professional and efficient throughout. A lot of moving companies will unfortunately give you a low estimate with lower hourly cost up front so you can sign the contract and then you will see how much you will actually pay when the work is complete. Elite moving and storage will give you one all-inclusive hourly price that's pretty much straightforward and super clear. This was the welcome card that earned our business Overall, I’m very happy with this company and I will hire them again any time and without any hesitation. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.
