She was a pit bull when I needed it the most. Her negotiations were tough, but she was always so sweet and kind to me. She was patient and efficient. Whatever commission she got from the seller was not enough. This was a one month escrow that turned into a 90 day headache, but she was with me all the way. The only problem I had was that she rarely picked up her phone. She preferred e-mail and texting(always very quick to answer those)but I kinda felt like she screened me when I did call. But overall, she rocked!
