This was a difficult job in terms of parking in tight areas, using a small elevator and going in and out of a security gate. They wrapped and protected everything beautifully and were professional and excellent through and through

I was referred to Elephant Moving by a friend. Their performance was entirely satisfactory and cost about what I expected.
"WE ARE DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND AS A SMALL COMPANY OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO MANAGEMENT TO VOICE ANY CONCERN. WE EVEN SEND OUR CUSTOMERS A STAMPED AND ADDRESSED FOLLOW UP CARD TO ALLOW THEM TO RATE OUR PERFORMANCE AND RAISE ANY ISSUE THAT NEEDS ATTENDING TO. WE ARE PUZZLED THAT THIS CUSTOMER, DESPITE A HISTORY OF SATISFACTORY WORK ON THREE PRIOR MOVES, HAS CHOSEN TO GO PUBLIC WITH A COMPLAINT RATHER THAN ALLOW US TO RESOLVE HER PROBLEMS. HAD WE BEEN ADVISED, WE WOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY REPAIRED ANY WALL DAMAGE, ASSEMBLED ANYTHING WHICH REQUIRED IT, AND LOCATED AND REPLACED ANYTHING MISSING. THIS IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WE HAVE BEEN ATTENDING TO OUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS FOR OVER 35 YEARS. WE INVITE THE PUBLIC TO VISIT OUR OFFICE TO READ THE HUNDREDS OF CARDS WE HAVE RECEIVED PRAISING OUR PERFORMANCE, INCLUDING THE WORK OF THE MEN THIS CUSTOMER WAS SO CRITICAL OF."
