Elements Landscape Design

I reached out to Pete on a few occasions to replace some plant materials.  He stood me up all three times.  Three months later, he calls me and says the garden is aging and they have ideas for replacement.  And then I never heard from him.  His crew that does the bi-weekly grooming are nice, punctual, and generally thorough, but Pete and Theodore have no interest or motivation to help me sustain the yard.  I've had to call out problem areas to them on multiple locations and then call to follow up on the status of the problems on multiple occasions.  Pete and his crew ignored a dying tree on the side of my house.  I called it to Pete's attention three weeks ago and I am still waiting for an answer on whether or not it is salvageable, despite repeated emails to Pete asking for an update.

Peter says he supervises his gardeners to ensure the quality of the work by them. However, when I pointed out problem areas ( mushrooms growing on lawn, patches of dry grass, broken sprinklers) he said I was compulsive and being too demanding. He stood us up on 4 different occasions when he said he would show up and didn't. He is disrespectful and unprofessional. He charges $150 per month for the gardening services, which frankly are not good.

I think that the price is really low.  It is the lowest that I have found.  A lot of time people take a look at my house and they want to charge me based on my house and not based on my garden.  These people were very fair giving me an estimate based on my yard.  I appreciated that very much.  The staff is very friendly.  They will do anything extra too that I ask them to without any problem.  They are just very accommodating.  They are very prompt and they never miss a day.  They are very professional.

We initially discovered Elements from walking around our neighborhood and seeing their sign in front yards from previous projects. We contacted them for an estimate along with a few other companies. We chose Elements because their price was right on par with our other bids and we liked landscape design we saw throughout the neighborhood. Project took about 3 weeks to complete. Pete and Theo were very easy to work with and provided a plant list and sketch as to how they were going to design the yard. We left the design aspect completely up to them and just approved a recommended list of plants. They designed and installed a custom wood pergola that was installed the back yard, and a custom water feature as well. Pete and/or Theo were on site every day of the project and were very easily accessible by phone and or email whenever an issue/concern came up. Installed drought resistant plants and water saving drip irrigation. Even months after the project was completed we had a minor issue with the irrigation system and Pete was very prompt in returning my phone call and resolving the issue. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking landscape their backyard.

They are very good. They are fairly priced when it comes to their regular landscape maintenance. Their landscaping designs are very professional and artistic. They do have a creative vision for designs. However, their landscaping designs are overpriced. They are very reliable and I like their work. They are better than the other maintenance companies that I have used. They are very comprehensive in their approach. The only thing that I dislike is that they are highly priced when it comes to their designing services.

They are always consistent. They do a really good job. They are very careful. They don't come in and just quickly do the job. They are very conscientious.
