Jeff, the owner of Electric Cat, did the service himself with an assistant. He was punctual and professional. He really sweated out the details and approached the job like he was installing it in his own home. He also loved to explain to me what it is he was doing and why.
He was able to solve a DirecTV problem that irked me. There was a 2-second delay between the main Genie and its and quot;clientand quot; in the other room. This made it impossible to listen to the same program on both TVs as I walk around my small NYC one-bedroom apartment. He used a and quot;balunand quot; to replace the client Genie and it works perfectly. It even responds faster than the original and saves me a monthly charge because I no longer need the second Genie!
They cleaned everything up and the installation looks fantastic.
