"Member, I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We value all business including single family homes, in fact we manage many single family homes and condos. We did receive your email on Sunday, October 7th and a call was made to you the following Monday and a message was left. I also recieved your phone message on Friday, October 26th at 9:44 AM and in this case I was delayed getting back to you, as I was out of town. I called you on Tuesday, October 30th at around 3:00 PM, spoke to you personally and apologized for the delay and explained I was out of the office. You responded you were no longer looking for management and that was the extent of our call. Again, I apologize if you had a negative experience with our company that is something I never want to hear. However, I wanted you to know that your call was not lost or ignored and we value and appreciated all buisness. If you have any further questions or comments please do not hesitate to call or email me. I wish you the best of luck with your property. Best regards, Brandon Stein EGL Properties, Inc."
See my comments above. They got my empty units filled in a week. If someone moves out, they repaint and clean and take care of the advertising etc.
