1.0 star rating 9/25/2016 Use this company at your own risk. They did not manage my property; they warehoused it. They did as little as possible, as quickly as possible. The only reason I did not fire them was because of a personal relationship with the owners. That was a huge mistake. When I needed them the most, the personal relationship meant nothing to them. They never inspected the property, so I was unaware of the tremendous damage my tenants did to my property. The move out inspection was shoddy and unprofessional, and didn't follow the procedures established by law. They are completely unprofessional. When my tenant sued me because I deducted from the security deposit to cover cleaning and damages, EGL disappeared and abandoned me. They did not handle the law suit, as they should have; they did not answer emails when I sent them; they did not provide the documentation I needed to defend my suit properly. I was on my own, and I lost the case because of their shoddy and unprofessional work. Had I known they were going to screw me, I would have protected myself better. You have been warned. Stay away from this company.

See my comments above. They got my empty units filled in a week. If someone moves out, they repaint and clean and take care of the advertising etc.
