EDWARD'S REFRIGERATION AIR

Company website indicates they are certified (whatever that means...) to service my rather obscure brand of oven. I had used another service a few days earlier which was fruitless. I have two ovens and both of them were on the fritz. I told the very nice lady on the phone that there were two ovens and was told the service call would be $35. The serviceman said that the gas oven needed a thermostat and that he would call me with regard to getting the parts. He was vague about the second oven and unwilling to take it apart (it's a wall unit) to diagnose. I was charged $70 although the lady on the phone stated clearly the charge would be $35. I did not receive the promised followup call. The wall oven was fixed the next day by my handyman in 10 seconds. It's called a "reset switch."
