I'VE BEEN USING HIM FOR ABOUT 12-13 YEARS. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND SOMETIMES SHOWS UP EARLY. HE IS VERY GOOD ABOUT CALLING ME AT THAT INTERVAL TO ASK ME ABOUT THE PIANO. EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED. VERY EXPERIENCED. HE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX MY PEDALS FOR ME BECAUSE HE COULDN'T DO THAT WORK. EVERYTHING HE DOES HE IS EXCELLENT IN, BUT HE CAN'T DO WORK THAT REQUIRES GETTING UNDER THE PIANO BECAUSE OF PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS. HE'S OLDER AND VERY FRIENDLY.
