I went in (to the address on the Groupon) and made an appointment with Hiram. He called me two days before as a reminder and I took the car in at 11:30 am, and was promised it by 5:00pm. Two people worked and it looked and smelt like a new car when I went to pick it up.Hiram was very professional and great to work with.

Javier is amazing. This was our first experience with this company and "waterless" detailing in general. The results were fantastic. Took him our 10-year old Honda Accord, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Quick turnaround, polite, professional service. The car felt practically new. He took out some tricky coffee stains in the floor carpeting and left not a trace behind! We are very budget/value conscious, and this was some of the best spent dollars in a long time. And the "green" aspect is just great. I would not hesitate to use this service again, and in fact I am looking forward to booking the same service on our 2004 Prius.
