Drapery Cleaning
The work was good and the price was right, actually substantially less than the other place I checked. The problem arose in the area of punctuality, the curtains came back 3 days late and for each delay I was the one calling to check up, no one called to tell me. That said when I suggested they lower the price they did without argument. It went from the original reasonable $196 to $171 for 6 drapes. I'm a hard marker.
