Thank you for selecting Doug Haderle, Certified Residential Appraiser for your appraisal requirement. I will personally complete your appraisal without the use of trainees or other subordinates. With over 16 years of experience throughout Los Angeles County, accuracy and thorough analysis is my top priority. I specialize in bankruptcy, loan mod, estate and tax appraisal, divorce, purchase & general purpose appraisals, and market analysis of many kinds: Single Family Homes and Small Income residential properties up to 4 units (duplex, triplex, and quadruplex). Please keep in mind, borrowers are NOT ABLE to select an appraiser for a home loan. Your lender must select their own appraiser.
