IT WAS GOOD. THEY FOUND THE LOCK WE NEEDED WHEN WE COULD NOT FIND IT OURSELVES. WE CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM. IT WAS A SPECIAL TYPE OF LOCK, WE COULDN'T FIND IT AND THEY FOUND IT.
