They solved the problem I had with the termites last year and when they returned for the annual check this year the termite problem had been satisfactorily resolved.  They were also very friendly, neat and polite.  Needless to say, I renewed my contract.

They are fine and it’s a monthly service.  They accommodate me and call me the previous day to confirm the appointment.  I will continue to use them in future.

I was very dissatisfied with them, actually. The first appointment I made was a no-show. They called me later on and said they had actually made the appointment with the wrong office. We rescheduled, and the man came out. I've had several companies look at my home. This company told me that there were many things wrong with my house. I got the impression that they just didn't want to do the job.

Ken is a most unusual pest control person. He is very sociable, friendly, nice and pleasant, and treats my mother with a great deal of respect. He kept coming back to fix the ant problem, and used this top-secret gel that they have, and it actually took care of the ants. I was very impressed.

I actually have this done once a month and it seems to be going fine. They do very good. All of my neighbors use them and they are all pleased as well.

The workmen arrived promptly on schedule, were very efficient, and solved my termite problem.

The manager, of the Dewey's West LA office is, David Rike and the service man assigned to my house was Omar Soria. Omar is a very sweet and hardworking person, who I believe sincerely tried to do an excellent job, however he began working on sealing up my house in June, and there were still rats in my walls at the end of September. We caught many under the house, and in the attic along the way, but the problem wasn't getting solved. Omar's manager David has a vicious anger management problem, which surfaced on more than one occasion, when I called to discuss the progress, or lack thereof, with eliminating rats from my house. This combination of a well-meaning, but ultimately ineffective technician, with a hostile and defensive manager, was a very unpleasant one indeed. I would not recommend Dewey Pest Control's West LA office, to anyone. Find a smaller company, with more personal service and a manager who doesn't lash out at and hang up on customers, as David did with me.

We were promised that the schedule for tenting would remain in place despite inclement weather, even up until the evening prior. The day came and as expected, there was rain. The workers understandably would not go through with the project. We had made numerous calls prior to see if we may need to extend/postpone and were continuously told that it would not happen. We could have avoided a tremendous inconvenience to homeowners had the management at Dewewy just been HONEST and forthcoming. As it turned out, occupants had to be out for nearly 5 days instead of two as promised. When the tenting was removed, they left our building standing open with all of the unit's doors open/ajar which was a huge security risk. Only one man was on duty airing out the units and he had left the bag containing all of the owners keys in the front lobby entry -open for the taking as well! Amazing lack of common sense and consideration for a so called ''experienced'' company!

ON THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE AN ESTIMATE, AND IT WASNT MY HOUSE. IT WAS A THREE STORY, AND THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE AS A ONE STORY. IT WAS HANDLED THROUGH THE REALTOR. THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR A ONE STORY. I KNOW I WENT BACK, AND THEY TRAMPLED ALL THE PLANTS AROUND THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. I WOULDNT USE THEM.

THIS COMPANY COMES OUT TO DO MY QUARTELY PEST CONTROL SPRAYING. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND WHEN I'M AT WORK AND THEY COME TO MY HOME I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING.

THERE WASNT MUCH TO IT. THEY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED AND GAVE US THE PRICE, AND WE HAD THE WORK DONE. THEY CAME BACK AND DID THE WORK. THEY OFFERED US A PLAN FOR THE FUTURE. IT WAS AN INSURANCE PLAN IN CASE THE TERMITES CAME BACK, AND THE COMPANY WOULD COME OUT AGAIN.

ITS GOOD. THE PRICE WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED, BUT OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DIDNT REALLY SHOP AROUND, BUT I DID THINK THAT THEIR PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE. I NEEDED THE WORK TO BE DONE. THEY WERE ON TIME, EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE.
