Provider performed well, was focused and diligent to clean from top to bottom of a two story townhouse

The initial service was amazing! In fact, they're still my housekeeping service and I'd highly recommend them to others!

Overall, it went ok. They showed up 2hrs late - called and said they were lost, which I just don't understand in this day and age with online maps and gps ( we are also not located in a remote or confusing area). They got to work straight away and followed my very detailed list well. My to do list was 4 pages long and my friends say I have OCD when it comes cleaning and they did an excellent job taking care of all of my concerns. They were very nice and hard workers. I purchased a deal for $300 aromatherapy clean, they did not use any aromatherapy products ( couldn't smell them at least) and also made off with my Swiffer supplies that I provided them to work with. They cleaned well but everything else was off putting.

I could not be more happier with EFMS. The Crew was on time and went right to work knowing what needed to be cleaned. I'm a old US Marine so I'm Pickier then most. I Highly Recommend the whole Team from the Head of the Co. to the works in the trenches they were all Pros!

We liked the idea of hiring a house cleaning service that would do a great job thoroughly cleaning our place (I'm a lazy housekeeper and we have two dogs), but not use harsh chemicals. Earth Friendly Maid Service happened to be located in our neighborhood, which was fortuitous, and they were very responsive and adaptive to my budget.Our home is a little more than 1,000 s.f., and for the "deep clean" first visit (where they really get all the nooks and crannies to get you started), they were willing to negotiate with me based on what I could afford to pay, and we got a QUALITY cleaning job out of it. We're so pleased. In spite of not using harsh chemicals, our home was left spic and span! They moved furniture, got the windows, got the tile grout, you name it. Even when I use a harsh cleaner like Comet on my kitchen sink, I can't get it as white as they did without the bad chemicals. It was amazing.The place felt fresh and tidy and I felt really proud to have guests that weekend.We are going to book this company for monthly cleanings.

I had my 4500 sq ft house in Pacific Palisades cleaned prior to renting it for a year lease. The house had not been throughly cleaned from top to bottom for over a year, so we opted for the detailed/heavy house cleaning, where they cleaned absolutely everything in detail. We also opted for the the fragrance free house cleaning, since the couple moving in were dealing with allergies. The owner of Earth Friendly Maids came to our residence, discussed with us our needs, and gave us an on-sight appraisal. We agreed to the price, since they were bringing all their own green cleaning products, and a steam cleaner. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism of both the owner and the maids. They did an exemplary job, and the house looked as good as new. The service is pricey, but for the level of detail, the use of green fragrance free cleaning products, and the level of security/trust (they background check their employees, bonded, insured, etc.) we felt the service was well worth it, and would highly recommend them.
