Worst experience! I mailed the ring, when I emailed them about it not being delivered (USPS tracking) they assured me they received my ring. Then they claimed they lost my check and I needed to PayPal the money and they would send the ring back to me. I did that. Two weeks later, no ring. I contacted them again and they told me the sent it to the address my husband gave them. (My husband was never involved in the transaction in any way.) After provided them a copy of the email where they said they got my ring, and a picture of my ring, they tell me they never received it and "Good Luck". I have spent all day trying to track the package-which was never delivered, contacting PayPal to get my $149 back. During all of this they are sending me emails stating they are reporting me for identity fraud for pretending to be one of their customers. While I was on the phone with the post office trying to track the package, I received 22 "threatening" emails from them during a 50 minute period.
