 + -1 moreI have a small business consulting practice. I coach executives, in their communication skills. I found the company to be professional, skillful, knowledgeable in their craft, and that their prices were competitive for the area that I live/work in (The west side of Los Angeles). The technician (James) that they sent to handle my account was pleasant & courteous, did the job without a hitch, and left me feeling secure in my ability to take care of my office/computer needs.
Description of Work: I had Cybertek Networks set up a server in my home office/small business. The technician also created a VPN for me, and now I can take care of my business while at home or while I am on the road (from Lap top, blackberry etc.)

 + -1 moreI found (No Suggestions) work to be absolutely average, not exceptional or great which is what I wanted. The work took far longer than expected although it was done right, once it was actually finished. They charge by the hour.
Description of Work: Cyberteck transferred my files from old system to my new system.

 + -1 moreJAMES SHOWED UP ON TIME EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I AM NOT A COMPUTER GUY BUT HE GAVE ME PLAIN LANGUAGE ANSWERS.
Description of Work: I WAS INFECTED WITH VIRUSES POP-UP'S AND ADWARE. THEY CAME OUT AND REMOVED ALL THE VIRUSES AND CLEANED UP MY MACHINE. THEY ALSO INSTALLED NORTON INTERNET SECURITY (FOR FREE) TO HELP KEEP ME SAFE.
