Extraordinary customer service! When I found out that a friend had cancer, I needed to have t-shirts printed on a Sat afternoon for a surprise support party we were throwing her that night. On Friday a friend at work said these folks were the only ones in LA that could get it done that fast. I called them to make an appt for the next day and they were so kind and patient. I had a GREAT, fun experience working with Mike and his sweet wife! Just THE nicest people you could ever hope to meet or do biz with!! They were very into the creative side of listening carefully to the theme of what the shirts should represent and the style of the individuals who would be wearing them. They had great suggestions for me to choose from, things I had no idea were possible!, and were really helpful about getting everything just right. Everyone completely flipped over how cool the shirts were!!! They made such a wonderful surprise for my friend - she loved them! And they are AWESOME!! I am so very grateful to Mike and his terrific wife for making this possible! I still think about how great they were every time I see someone in one of the shirts!
