THE JOB ITSELF WAS DONE VERY WELL. THE PROBLEM WAS THE ROOFING SUPPLY COMPANY PUT A LIEN ON OUR HOUSE TO INSURE PAYMENT. WHEN WE CALLED THE ROOFING COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF THAT, THEY ASSURED US IT WOULD BE DONE, BUT IT WASN'T UNTIL WE CALLED ANOTHER ONE OR TWO TIMES. IT LED US TO BELIEVE THAT THEY DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS ON TIME. THEY HAVE POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE SIDE SO WE WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. WE REALLY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE PRICE. WE GOT TWO PRICES AND THIS ONE CAME IN A LITTLE LOWER, SO I GUESS IT WAS COMPARABLE TO THE COMPETITION. WITH RESPECT TO THE JOB ITSELF, THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND RESPONSIVENESS WAS GOOD. IT WAS JUST THAT THE BILLING AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION OF IT WAS VERY POOR.
