Mr Crawford gave the job his personal attention. Clearly experienced and professional. Provided everything I asked for.. Workmanship and quality, first rate. A satisfied customer with beautiful curtains.

After interviewing 3 companies I chose to go with Frank from Crawford interiors. The process was anything but smooth. I gave him a 50% deposit on August 11th and he said that the shutters would take 30 days to get in. It took 60. Frank and a helper finally came out and installed the shutters on 4 windows, but the ones for the French doors didn't fit. He said that he'd get them fixed and be back in a week. I didn't hear from him for 6 months and I had to hire someone else to finish the job. If customer service and communication are important to you, look elsewhere.

If you are looking for shutters you will not do better than Frank at Crawford Interiors. He is a perfectionist. His shutters are high quality. His price is unbeatable. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Frank is the most professional, honest, respectful, fun person I have have had working in my home, which was a complete remodel...so there were a lot of people working in my home. Now I'm just looking for another project around our home so we can hire him again.

Frank was very dedicated. The shutters took a while to come but it was actually the timeline he quoted! The work was excellent and he came back when he said he would. I would definitely use him again and recommend to others. Great guy, great value, and fantastic customer service!

awesome guy...the best I have seen in business...excellent human being to a thorough professional....I felt he asked for only 50% money than what he deserved.....he kept his word to show up yesterday despite having a long day in previous job and left mid night after everything got completed to our satisfaction...strongly recommend to anyone for their drapery work..window coverings etc
