+ -1 moreCranky John is not cranky at all. He's quite nice. However, after the initial meeting and a verbal estimate of the work in which he was reasonably responsive, he did not return my phone call when I asked a follow up question. As another electrician had been more responsive and emailed estimates, I gave up on John. Perhaps, I should have tried harder, but it seems to me that, as the customer, it is the vendor's job to get back.
Description of Work: I contacted him for an estimate of what turned out to be about $2500 of work.
