When I brought them back the second time, I spoke with the manager of the glasses store. She was very accommodating and offered to remake them or refund my money. Because of my research, I decided not to have them made at Costco but to find an optician with better lenses who would be more careful with measurements and mindful of my needs.

Their selection isn't as good as it used to be which disappointed me. I wanted titanium rim but they only had a few to choose. They have two opticians and 1 optometrist. Their customer service was good, they were very friendly and helpful but very busy.

Window Treatment Service
One of the shades was the wrong size, so they had to reorder it. When the second shade came in, it was still the wrong size. I still do not have the correct size shade for one of the doors.

COSTCO HAD A REBATE FOR 60 DOLLARS ON FOUR MICHELIN TIRES. IT WAS A GOOD DEAL, AND THEIR SERVICE WAS ALSO GOOD. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GOOD.

THE COSTCO AUTOMOBILE DEPARTMENT SOMETIMES HAS A SALE TO FOR GOOD BRAND NAME TIRES LIKE MICHELIN (WITH A COUPON). THEY REALLY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE MY TIRES. BUT I WAITED FOR A LONG TIME TO GET BACK MY CAR.
