eyeglass repair
 + -1 moreWhen I brought them back the second time, I spoke with the manager of the glasses store. She was very accommodating and offered to remake them or refund my money. Because of my research, I decided not to have them made at Costco but to find an optician with better lenses who would be more careful with measurements and mindful of my needs.
Description of Work: I bought my first pair of progressive lenses from them and had to return them. I've since gotten progressives elsewhere and now know the quality at Costco was poor. When I first took the glasses back to Costco to complain, I had tried wearing the glasses for about 3 weeks. They woman at Costco said I should contact my eye doctor first before they would make any adjustments. When I called my eye doctor, he told me to make sure Costco had made the lenses according to his prescription. I did some research online and thought that perhaps it was not only poor quality lenses (I'm an artist and really need to see well) but that they were hastily and poorly measured to my face before being sent out to be made.

eyeglass repair
 + -1 moreTheir selection isn't as good as it used to be which disappointed me. I wanted titanium rim but they only had a few to choose. They have two opticians and 1 optometrist. Their customer service was good, they were very friendly and helpful but very busy.
Description of Work: I got a pair of glasses there about a week ago.

 + -1 moreOne of the shades was the wrong size, so they had to reorder it. When the second shade came in, it was still the wrong size. I still do not have the correct size shade for one of the doors.
Description of Work: They installed roller shades on my two sliding glass patio doors.

 + -1 moreCOSTCO HAD A REBATE FOR 60 DOLLARS ON FOUR MICHELIN TIRES. IT WAS A GOOD DEAL, AND THEIR SERVICE WAS ALSO GOOD. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GOOD.
Description of Work: CHANGED ALL FOUR TIRES FOR MY HONDA CIVIC. PURCHASED MICHELIN TIRES.

 + -1 moreTHE COSTCO AUTOMOBILE DEPARTMENT SOMETIMES HAS A SALE TO FOR GOOD BRAND NAME TIRES LIKE MICHELIN (WITH A COUPON). THEY REALLY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE MY TIRES. BUT I WAITED FOR A LONG TIME TO GET BACK MY CAR.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED ALL FOUR OF MY TIRES AND THEY ALSO DID THE BALANCING TO ALL FOUR TIRES.
