Cosmos Flooring

Overall, my experience with Cosmos Flooring was very good. They were the fourth tile store I visited in my quest to find the perfect porcelain tiles for my kitchen and bathroom. They had the best selection of any of the stores I'd been to. They even let me take a floor display tile home for a week to determine whether it was the right tile for me. All they asked for was my name and phone number. They didn't check my id or ask for a deposit, which surprised me. It only took two days to get the tile once I placed my order. My only frustrating was getting someone to tell me the exact cost of my order. I had four conversations wth three different people on three different days. And as a bonus, you get to play with their two adorable and friendly dogs while you are looking at tile. A win win.

The gentleman and his assistant were both excellent. I would use them again in a flash and recommend both of them. In fact, I'm going to use them again as soon as I'm ready. They were wonderful. The cost was reasonable which was wonderful. They were very nice. They were very good at what they did. I was totally pleased with the result which was unusual for me because I'm really picky. They let me be there through the whole process as much as I wanted to. They made suggestions and let me tell them what I wanted or how I felt about it at any given moment. They helped select which tile went into which place. They didn't give me a hassle about the pattern I wanted to use. They worked with me amazingly all the way through it and I really appreciated that. They followed up with me at the end. There's still a little bit of it that still isn't done but they've called me back to try to find out when I want that done. I have no complaints at all. The people that I talked with at Cosmos were cordial but cool and I wasn't that impressed but the people that they sent out were the ones that I was just very taken with.

They showed up on time and completed the job on time. Their quality of work and the cleanup was good.

Everything arrived per the schedule and the installation was very smooth -- even though my house has 4 levels and it took twice as much effort to place the hardwood on my steps. I highly recommend Cosmos.

This was a good experience. The work lasted three days. The workers came on time every morning and by the time they were finished my floors looked amazing. They did a great job matching the new boards to the existing wood. The price was less than I expected-- a pleasant surprise.

We had a great experience with Cosmos Flooring. Alexa, the designer there, was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Picking out tile is an overwhelming experience, and I'm glad we had Alexa to help us. We picked out porcelain and travertine for the floor and tumbled marble for the backsplash. They did not install the tile, but they helped design the layout. Alexa even did a drawing so our installer could follow our vision. The tile came in quickly and was delivered to our home. The prices seemed fair.

They are very fast and proficient on what they do. Therefore I was pleased with the work performed and I would say it was a reasonable price. This was a very pleasant company to do business with. I would highly recommend them to people in our community.
