Conscious Living Landscapes

Do not walk but run from Ketti - We recieved horrible work from her. 1. All the measurements on my plans were wrong (She sent 2 different people out to measure my yard))Then omplained how much it cost her. 2.She kept trying to up charge me for things I did not ask for 3. The design work was not what i requested - she changed major areas on our plans on her own without telling us 4. Our project quickly became how much money she could make off of us 5. I showed her landscape recommendations to several landscapers who said they were junk/worthless (Including one she recommended - I took her name off the plans) 6.No formal set of blueprints - just one jpg for plans were given to me - mostly just cartoon drawings that were ugly 7. Would not give me high resolution plans - everything was low resolution (This was her attempt to keep you from using her plans (That I paid for) with anyone else) 8. As soon as the contract was signed it was like we were working with a different person. 9. When asking questions about specifics of her plans she told us she would submit detailed information - what she did not tell us is that we would need to rehire her full services for the entire project to get the detailed plans. 10.Ketti told us that she allows her landscape people to make most of her decisions (Then why pay her?) 11. I was asked to submit pictures of what I liked to her - The same pictures were sent back to me as suggestions from her for the landscaping?? Are You Kidding Me? 12. Not all of the pictures that Keti showed us were of her work - she initially claimed that they had been.. Worst experience with a contractor ever - Run Forrest Run!!!
