I scheduled seven appointments to get estimates to replace our AC/Furnace system. Seven players, if you will, all with very decent batting averages, to fill one spot and make the team. I put each one in the batter’s box and let ‘em swing for the fences. Three struck out almost immediately. Two got a man on base and one even had a runner in scoring position. Then Jared form Conner Air came to the plate…and he just kept hitting one home run after another. In the end, the final score wasn’t even close. Conner Air not only got the job but after it was completed, made me look like a genus for hiring them. Jared answered all our question, which were many, and patiently answered all our emails, which were substantial. Their quote was competitive to begin with and when we looked at all the finer, final touches, the extras and attention to details, it became obvious there was something very different and unique about this company. Here’s a company that knows and acts as though, what it does today will affect tomorrow and all the tomorrows to come. They’re in it for the long haul and will be around for years to come because they understand the value of customer service. The roll up your sleeves, throw out the welcome mat, kind of service. And to the all-important guys who actually do the work of installing, trouble shooting and dealing with overly inquisitive customers (present company included), guys like Cody, Tim and Matt, some heartfelt thanks for your friendly, informative and professional behavior. You did a great job. And a special MVP Award to Cody who took only two breaks in two days of working. And those were lunch breaks. My final advice. Whenever you have a chance to look like a genius, especially in front of the love of your life and/or your kids…take it and call Conner Air.

We did not have time to take competitive bids, so cannot say whether the price was lowest.  However, we feel that the price was very fair considering the number of hours of work and the high quality of materials supplied.
The work was performed exactly as promised, work crew was punctual and courteous and responsive to every request.  We would be happy to use this plumbing service in the future.

They have been very helpful, easy to get a hold of, on time and relatively inexpensive. We have used them several times. They are a local company. They are prompt in getting back to you. Usually when you call with a problem, there is somebody there to answer the phone. It is just an all around good service. They came out one time and they didn't even charge us, not even for the show-up time.

Totally unprofessional, overpriced, and rude.

These people are crazy. They billed me even though I never authorized the charges or called him to come in the first place (I have plumbing insurance so I don't call just any plumber when I need something fixed).

I sent him $60 for the copay fee that I would have paid the insurance plumber just as a courtesy and told him to bill the tenants for the difference. I gave him the tenants' address to send the bill to. I sent in the check a little over a month after the he had repaired the sink (my Mom was in the hospital so I am just catching up with mail now).

Instead of billing the tenants, he shows up on their doorstep on Monday morning at 7:30 am demanding payment and freaks them out. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional! He couldn't just mail them the bill like a normal person.I talked to Angel and he hung up on me. I talked to the owner Jim and he's as rude as his workers. He doesn't even acknowledge that it's wrong to show up that early in the morning at someone's house. He ranted and raving about being 90 days late. The 90 day mark will be in late January. Apparently he's not great at math.

And he's not great at customer service either. Yelling at me isn't going to make anything better, especially since he's paid in full now and the tenants would have paid it in full if he just mailed them the bill like a normal human being. He wanted me to do his billing for him for some reason even though I don't know him, never hired him, and am not involved in the transaction at all. (If I was involved, I'd ask why he charges so much more than what our regular plumber charges.)

An apology to the tenants would have been nice but I didn't even bother asking for that since it was hard for him to comprehend why I didn't pay all of his bill (I never called him or authorized his company to work at the house- in fact I was totally unaware of him until I received the bill) or why it's wrong to show up at someone's house at 7:30 am (and quot;My day starts at 7 amand quot; he said, totally grossly unaware of why it's not okay to show up at a house bothering the tenants early in the morning instead of just billing like a normal company.)

You're a fool if you do business with such an unprofessional company.

And believe me, people like that never think it's their fault they billed the wrong person or showed up at a doorstep uninvited or their worker hung up on a customer or their owner yelled on the phone. It'll be my fault in the end even though I would have never called him and asked him to work on our plumbing in the first place. With a business like that, he's always right and everyone else is always wrong.

I called the State Contractor's Board and they were so surprised that he would show up on someone's doorstep instead of mailing the bill to the right party. If it was a bill collector going to a door early in the morning before sending out three bills, it would qualify as harassment. I don't understand why he didn't just mail the bill.

I would never hire this company. If you want to laugh, look up their fake reviews on City Search. All three people who gave them five star (each one attesting to their honesty and trustworthiness) all get their plumbing done in LA, buy flowers from the same place in Sacramento, and review most of the same companies. Fraud!!

They came out right away. The same thing happened with our sink disposal. That cost was $300. They are kind of expensive but they are worth it. In between the two jobs he came and fixed our toilet because we had an issue with it.

The actual workers are fantastic. They're friendly, explain the job and clean up after themselves. However, when the owner shows up (Mr. Conner? I don't know) it's a crapshoot as to what kind of mood he is in. My interaction with him has ranged from him being short and snapping at me to having a friendly chat on the porch while the guys worked. He was crabby with me last time they were here and it made me decide that I probably wouldn't work with them again. However, in a plumbing emergency I would still call them because I know that they will do a good job and I haven't researched anyone else yet. Bottom line, if Mr. Conner doesn't come to the job site I would use them.

We've had an up and down experience with them. There's one guy, Angel, from there who was great, but the owner wasn't so great. The owner is a bit of a curmudgeon. Angel fixed the last problem without charging me, so I'll have to pay him back. They have a small-town kind of feel.

They came a few months ago to put on the 2 gas heaters that were shut down for the earthquake. They did a wonderful job. They were honest. They knew what to do and how to do it when they arrived at my house.

Upon learning that Connors could not start work for more than four weeks and receiving a much lower bid on the work, we went with another firm. Jim Kimball, representing Connors, then came to our residence on two occasions and was loud and abusive to me and my wife, claiming that charges for his firm's unsuccessful attempts to snake out the line were conditional upon our hiring his firm, regardless of other estimates we received for the job. This condition had never before been stated. We wound up paying $540 to Connors for a simple (and unsuccessful) drain cleaning, and the firm is demanding $460 more!

I do plumbing but was leaving town. Guys broke an attached NEW PVC pipe, did not have a 3/4'' sleve, charged to go to the store. When I called said ''Old PVC was brittle'' (UNTRUE -- NEW and FINE) and parts were expensive. When I pointed out none of that was true, he shouted and hung up.
