THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. THEY DON'T HAVE THAT YOUNG MAN SNOTTINESS ABOUT THEM THAT MANY YOUNG MEN HAVE. IT'S A LADY WHO DOES IT & SHE KNOWS HOW TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO OLDER PEOPLE. I'VE HAD YOUNG MEN COME & DO IT ONLY IN COMPUTER LANGUAGE. THEY KNOW BASIC EVERYDAY ENGLISH, BUT THEY ARE NOT VERBAL PEOPLE.
