Cohen was not the lowest bidder for the job but seemed to be the best at their ability to match the existing tile in the shower and at that they did a good job.
However in the course of doing their work they left a mess that they did not clean up despite promises to do so. They also did not bring all the necessary materials and actually used some 2"x4" and plywood that I had on hand to do the job.
When they finished I found that the shower drain was clogged, which it had not been before their work. When they tried to remove the tar clog they broke some drain pipes costing me $280 more to have the clog cleared not including the cost of having the broken pipe repaired.
They seemed like a responsible provider and I was very disappointed in their performance.
