Website Design & Development
I used them for a web design and development project that started at the end of May. The site launched in the middle of October, a little behind the scheduled / expected project completion date. Throughout the experience we were pleased with many aspects of their approach- we always felt like we were being educated, and coached, with an eye towards our specific goals. Everyone seemed to be a solid resource for us in their specific arena. If we needed better understanding on user experience, or SEO or managing our ecommerce platform, they were helpful. The work output was very good and we've definitely seen improvements for our customers and bottom line.
They are busy, and their time quotes seem to reflect that. Going into the project, I wish we had clarified why the project was estimated to take four months. Probably about 30% of the time was due to working through their queue.
All in, I'd give them an A. They were close to the expected delivery date and we had a great outcome and we never felt like we'd been dropped or forgotten about.
