Horrible! HE told me we had a cracked pipe in bedroom. He failed to find it the second time he came out and pointed out roots coming out of sewer line. And said the roots busted that pipe. Well First that wasn't what he told me before, he said there was a cracked pipe under my house. Yes, there are roots growing out main sewer line. I already knew that since I bought the home, I had to filmed and recorded as proof of what was seen a year ago.

They completed the work quickly, with minimal disruption to us. They were also friendly and explained the process in terms we could understand.

I have home owner insurance so they called the company. I just paid a $65 service fee for them to send someone out. What ended up happening was the job was way bigger than the scope of what my insurance covers. They're very easy to deal with. They were originally hired through my home owners warranty but I ended up having to hire them on my own to continue the scope of the work that needed to be done. I was in New York and they were really good about consistently calling me. They took pictures the whole way along because they knew I was stressed out. They were good. They took pictures. They would talk to me. They explained things to me. The quality was fine. Everything was so good.
