Wow! Bob showed up right on time to discuss carpet and tile. He brought several samples for me to review and even helped me with the decorating end of the process. My new carpet matches PERFECTLY with the floor I had put in from a big box store. Now that I've had experience with both, I only wished I had been on Angie's List prior to putting in my big box floor. Bob was a wonderful sales person, price was reasonable and all the men that came to work with super efficient and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving his team while I went to work. It's been one week with my new carpet and time and I am so pleased.

Received an estimate, he was prompt and I ddint have to wait i the empty office.  Suggested that we forgo the padding under the rug because we were installing it on a concrete floor and it would get loose and bunch up.  This saved us some money.  We also had tile put in the floor of the restroom.  They removed the toilet and installed the tile. It was a rush job because we had to move in, and they squeezed us in their schedule. They were prompt for the installation and finished on time. All in all, an excellent experience.  Hope to use them when I recarpet my house, if they will travel to the Valley.

Good, professional, and on time.

I spent probably around $1000 on that service. I had to order additional carpet to replace the damaged carpet from the plumbing issue. I think that their prices were fair and I think that they did a really good job. Their punctuality was also good.

On the scheduled installation date, the crew show on time and perform the work for the two units, in one full day. They were very professional and they clean up after their work was completed. In general we are very satisfied with their work

Everything was nearly perfect. The owner (Bob) arrived promptly and provided excellent recommendations based on criteria I defined. The price was excellent and Bob even handled logistics directly with our painter to ensure that each phase of paint and flooring transitioned smoothly. Everything was completed exactly when and how agreed. The only reason I say everything went "nearly" perfect is that I found a chip in one piece of laminate after the installation was complete; however, Bob sent a crew out to replace the damaged piece within four hours of when I notified him. Bob and City Carpet came highly recommended by my Realtor and they lived up to expectations. I will definitely use them again!

I am really happy with the finished product but not happy with the installation. I felt like they were rushed to get the work done in one day and the job should have been at least a day and a half because they had to remove the old carpet, doors and toilets. They also did damage to my new paint and I had to have the painter out again to paint the repairs and they also chipped my new washer. The owner did come out and reimburse me for the damages made. As an update to my initial report: I have found some more damages to my wood furniture. When they disassembled the bed frame they broke my head board and put a gouge in my night stand. They also stuck a dirty toilet brush in a box full of family photos. The grade I would give for the product they installed would be an A, but the damage they did when they installed them I would give a C.

They did a fabulous job and were extremely under anyone else?s price.

I think their prices are good for the quality of work that they did. I really trust their work and will use them in the future.

They are very professional. They worked around my schedule. They did a very good job at installing the carpet. They showed up on time to do the work.

MY ONE CONCERN WAS WITH THEIR FOREMAN. AFTER THEY WERE ON THE JOB FOR A WHILE, THEY DECIDED NOT TO INSTALL PADDING IN THE STAIRWELLS. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. I THOUGHT THEY DID GOOD QUALITY. THEY DID THEIR JOB IN TIMELY MANNER. THE PUNCTUALITY WAS VERY GOOD.

BOB IS NOT ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST. HE WILL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAY FOR. HE IS FAST AND GOOD. HIS WORKERS ARE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. I JUST HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH A PIECE OF LINOLEUM. HE PULLED A WORKER OFF ANTHER JOB TO REPAIR MINE, SO THE TENANT COULD MOVE IN ON THAT DATE.
