HE IS NOT DISTANT, LISTENS TO YOU, SHARES WHAT HE KNOWS, IS OPEN TO QUESTIONS, TELLS YOU THE LATEST THINGS ABOUT COMPUTERS & COPIERS, & GIVES YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED, LIKE COPY PAPER & INK. HE HAS A CHOICE BETWEEN EXPENSIVE & INEXPENSIVE. HE WORKS WITHIN YOUR BUDGET, & IF HE DOESN'T HAVE IT, HE TELLS ME WHERE TO GET IT.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED & CHANGED THE TONER, & DID MAINTENANCE ON A COPY MACHINE.
