Our Spinet, once in excellent condition, had deteriorated to the point it was unplayable. We called Chung. He came out rapidly, examined the piano carefully, gave us a price, took the action back to his center, returned four days later with a beautifully done repair, fixed the keyboard, and put it back together. It now sounds better than when it was young. Chung is delightful, enjoys his work, takes pride in it. I enjoyed his work and his presence completely. I am delighted.

THEY WERE ALL GREAT. THE TUNING MAN THAT CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE WAS ALSO VERY KIND AND GENEROUS. HE GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP MY PIANO CLEAN.
