This was a practice run, since our main bathroom really needs remodeling and we wanted to have a full bathroom available when it's out of commission. Chris worked with us from start to finish as we figured out what we wanted. When he found termite damage in existing framing, he replaced it. When the drain and vent had to be re-thought, he (and my husband) figured it out, jackhammered the slab, and put in the new drain and vent. He ran a gas line when we thought we'd put an on-demand water heater into the room. He replaced all the horrible old iron pipe running to the bathroom with copper. The bathroom looks beautiful and we now know what's involved for when we tackle the front bathroom. Which, naturally, we will hire Chris to do.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of a half bathroom into a full bathroom, including demolition, some reframing, repiping, electrical, addition of a bathtub/shower, installation of sink and toilet, tiling and painting.
